The very best part of working in thyssenkrupp is its timely salary,which of course is of great importance for any employee.

Dislikes

...anagement doesn't address our issues.May be this thing varies from site to site.Salary is decent but career growth is slow for contractual employees & all person have same basic irrespective of their total salary i.e. whatever amount they are getting in hand had nothing to do with this.Everyone have been given fixed basic.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of planning issues with management. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

I like to work in thyssenkrupp industries, But salary need to increase then I'm happy to do it.

There is no canteen facility to us ,salary also not increasing, we working hardly but salary is very low

Good culture, work environment is well,job security, salary also well for some people.

Everything is well but only appraisal system is poor,position and salary doesn't matter. its created frustration and unbalance work life

Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.
