...e C off because of Compulsion you have to be at site.No leave encashment. No PF. Except salary nothing benifit for employee. 1/5 of salary to be deducted for tax. Everything in the system. As per the system practically not followed at the site. Based on hard working nothing getting equal monetary benifit from the organisations.

Systematic approach in work, work life balance, salary on time

Politics, Top management is content with their own growth and doesn't think much about people down below, Incapable in ensuring profitability in execution of EPC projects

Salary is on time every month and work life balance no issues.

Dislikes

Company culture and others facility is excellent but towords the downside that means construction projects sites depends on site management and its very site to site.

Salary and remunerations are good and timely. Leave policy is also nice.

Dislikes

Job security is very less and volatile. Treated contractual staff differently as compared with permanent one. And they are waiting for employee to resign to make them permanent if their performance is good and at par with the company standards.

Some of the people are really nice, and they try and understand people.

Dislikes

There's no pay on holidays or for leaves. and the payment is hourly based. There's no holidays or leaves for people on sub-con. Also, you'll be closely monitored, and at times, that might be very unsettling. One won't be given much training or anything, and be expected to know and do everything. Office atmosphere is very boring, at least, the Engineering department; can't say about the rest.
