I worked in tyssenkrupp not as company employee but for an agreed period of time . The culture of the people was so good for me personally working with such diverse group of people from various background with such a unity as a team , the managemen was undertook every events or daily activities with so much passion and determination to complete such a huge project . good accomodation was given including all the facilites we got free food , pool, play area , recreational room the pay was good overall enjoyed working tk...Read More

Resources provided on demand to complete assignment. However there was always delayed due incompetent managers. I found that there are many subject matter expert in company but their skills are not used to full capacity.

Dislikes

The company is run by HR department instead of management group. Other departments are not even exist for them to take any decision. They bend company policies as they want and some of the policies not even exist on paper. HRs ego is important to company instead of companies growth.
