Only team mates, and not anything else. The name is prominent in Industry that's all.

Dislikes

Less pay, zero growth opportunities for GETs and still being treated like kids. They sign bond for 4 years and let people sit idle to serve the bond. Terrible and horrible work life balance. Salary reduction and that too when you work for 10 hours a day. No overtime and too much intrusion in one's personal life from Boss.

Salary and remunerations are good and timely. Leave policy is also nice.

Job security is very less and volatile. Treated contractual staff differently as compared with permanent one. And they are waiting for employee to resign to make them permanent if their performance is good and at par with the company standards.

Some of the people are really nice, and they try and understand people.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There's no pay on holidays or for leaves. and the payment is hourly based. There's no holidays or leaves for people on sub-con. Also, you'll be closely monitored, and at times, that might be very unsettling. One won't be given much training or anything, and be expected to know and do everything. Office atmosphere is very boring, at least, the Engineering department; can't say about the rest.
