All are dis likes only. They don't pay agreed salary. No conveyance charges to the field team, (Petrol, Mobile etc) Salaries are very low. 100% commercial and NO Customer focus except telling stories whenever customer is in need. Non qualified Technical Staff. HR is worst in South Region. I cant comment other reasons. No proper seating to the employees in the Branch Offices.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...enKrupp, Work-life balance isn't quite good but the teamwork is appreciable. Salary and appraisals are dependent upon hardwork and extra time given to the company.
