They are offering good package but don't come it is a trap

Mr. Bhola can target you any time. Sceneless guy.he don't have good strategy for marketing . he can only replace a person instead of teaching him or command him. They are playing with you career. HR is a puppet of management. they will not help. for field marketing don't come they will give u weekly Target 2 code 2 sgc and 2 camp every week which is impossible.

I had with with Thyrocare Ltd but every one left job and not getting salary and huge pressure without any reason

So many things are there like report not received propper as well as and not getting salary on propper time

Always a great place to learn as fresher. Salary on time. Easy access to EL. Supporting team Leave encashment

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Politics. After some time your interpersonal growth will stop as you have to perform same task again and again. Only one off in a week. Somedays you have to perform extra duty over your 9 to 6 job and end up not getting paid for that overtime.

After doing so much hard work manager mr Vincent doesn't support female staff he only support male staff if they are doing time pass also it doesn't care also for that. Vincent is the worst manager I have ever met. After doing 9 hrs of hard work he has not done my appraisal also in fact all female staff appraisal was not done.male staff who is doing buttering there appraisal was done in good one. Still the female staff is suffering over there.

LAB TESTS ARE GOOD BUT NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, DUE TO COST CUTTING, EMPLOYEES ARE PRESSURISED IN WORK, AS NO JOB SECURITY HERE, NO SATURDAY OFF AND 9 HOURS WORKING COMPULSORY MONDAY-SATURDAY, NO ANY BENEFIT EXCEPT PF FACILITY, CURRENT MANAGEMENT IS WORST
