Management is of like school teachers. No innovation accepted… terrible managers who has no knowledge or intention to put right candid for right role… taking freshers and ask them to work complicated tasks and giving excel work for 20 years experienced… really pathetic management

There is a lot of politics.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond 2 year before which you cannot resign.

I'm working in thryve from last 1.7 + years. Last month received hikes but I'm not satisfied because of my salary is very less to compare to freshers. So I'm not satisfied.
