Nothing worth mentioning. Bunch of idiots out to fool the society. Food coupons being provided to all uniformly is good., but that's in 1 office only.

Dislikes

Worst culture. No job security for employees. No respect. No regard to company values. Never provide salaries on time - no fixed date. Very highly superstitious - no leadership, no policies, or any specific business objective. Completely owner-driven who does not know what to do with the wealth he has and does not have any idea what to do with the wealth or resources. He just dances to the tunes of some lunatics represented by 1 or 2 people whom he calls a "Board" - Council etc. and they act in a very weird manner with no clear objective or way to lead the company. Several people have been hired and fired at will and their careers ruined completely. No F&F or relieving has ever been provided, Company with no direction or purpose. Just out to show some losses to conceal ill-earned money and convert it into legitimate to evade taxes. Nobody should join as it is a highly unstructured company and insecure to be in this organization.
