Dislikes

Tons of dislikes, 1. They are not people centric org not at all. 2. Salary hike etc is poor. 3. Politics offered by old thoughtworkers. 4. Poor management 5. Culture varies from proj to proj, less good project,mostly india based client with bad behaviour. Verdict dont join if you dont want to ruin your life

It is a multi national company. 3-4 Branches in India offers one to choose office locations nearby.

Dislikes

...urs. 4-5 Meetings on Saturdays despite it being a holiday. Unrealistic workload. Salary and perks are bare minimum with no real career growth opportunity.

Salary they are not giving as expected. Appraisals are getting very low and there is very bad policy of they will give you promotion but not the salary hike.
