Worst project management, they doesn't follow work ethics at all 4. They forces employees to work after office as well. They never considers developers actual timelines given for project which leads to work overtime and this happens for every project with every employee. Then they expects employees should work till 12am, 2am and when it comes to appreciate the efforts they will give to favourite person. 5. If someone gives resignation then the HR department as well as the Management threatens employees to ruin the career and background verification which ultimately caused loss for many employees.
