It's mostly about are you ex-cisco employee or not. If yes, the you would love the company. They do get the golden spots. Turning into a sweatshop culture No focus on process enhancements, optimisation, it's all about how many hours you spent online and do manual testing Worst manager for qa here at Hyderabad location Stock is valued very low and IPO date is not yet clear

The only potential positive thing about this org is that since nobody understand what is required to be done and what is expected of a staff engineer, you can just chill and relax in the org and just say random things in the meetings and that is good enough to confuse or satisfy the idiots.

The ex CTO has a cult following in the org. He can say whatever dumb shit that he wants to talk about, he can self proclaim himself to be an "AI Expert"one day, while never having worked on anything remotely similar to that and people would bow to him with all their might to convince him of their selfless dedication to him (btw that is what is called selfless excellence in the org, can you or can you not selflessly bow to every stupid, high class idiotic idea the "leaders" propose and back in the org). This org is not going anywhere that I can guarantee. They have no ML talent in the org (while calling themselves an AI first company) and aren't able to hire any serious candidate as well for ages, heck, most of the bachu "directors", the bachu "VPs" of the org are of the opinion that seriously doing ML require an individual to study for max 3-4 months. I think they have that much understanding of ML only, and most likely this too is coming from the cult leader the Ex CTO. Because everybody else is just a cult follower. I would suggest experienced AI ML folks to stay from this org, as the statement suggest, you are as good as a person having 3 months of study in AI ML. This is while the directors and the VPs of the org don't see obvious ML problems to be solved in the org. People would often try to teach you how ML projects work, those who have never worked with that stuff. You will find all kinds of supreme idiots in the org, at all levels i.e. from junior folks "staff engineers" to mid level folks "directors" and to senior folks "VPs". I have not seen a better mix of failures and incompetent individuals, collected from all across the IT industry, trying to solve the most challenging problem out their in the AI ML space, without any ML strength in the org. Heck, you can potentially understand how much these idiots know about ML in the interview experience itself, in one of the interviews I was assigned an interviewer who asked me about current affairs (who do you think is responsible for the recent train crash in india ?, I thought to myself, am I interviewing for a lala company at that point of time, and that was the right guess). People who are thinking of joining this org thinking that you would be able to create huge impact in the org with some chops in ML and will get to work on some cool AI ML projects to go with, let me tell you this, none of the "leaders" in the org have even a basic understanding of ML, their qualification till now have been to fix leaks and customer complains using heuristics and patch work, do you think these idiots will let you steal their bread and butter and do something worthwhile in your life ? While they see themselves being walking idiotically in the org without real contribution? I think, they will threatened, and defend their stupid ways ferociously, and who do you think will win in that battle of ways, a lone guy who joined recently or a org full of idiots, who have been stuck in 1990 since their birth into IT industry. First just check the past experience of VPs in the org, have done anything worthwhile in their past? Where have they worked and in what problem? Then lets get to directors, and do that same, you will see what I am talking about. This is a genAI startup, not an AI startup and the only thing that they know how to do is call ChatGPT. They wouldn't see a classification problem, right in front of them and would call chatgpt for that too. These platforms are going to slowly squeeze the business out of these businesses and then they will have nothing proprietary of their own. This company will go bankrupt and your stocks will go to zero, as they can be easily replaced tomorrow, they haven't built anything significant of their own in last 10 years and they won't in next 10 years.
