Good team structure. Good Salary. Work load is less as a result employees have ample amount of time to work on their skills. Good management, always supportive to employees. HR team always do the needful as per request.

They can fire you any time without any prior notice, In morning you will get call from HR they will tell like Today is your last working day. They are not providing any notice period but when you will resign then notice period will be more than 2 month
