Good team structure. Good Salary. Work load is less as a result employees have ample amount of time to work on their skills. Good management, always supportive to employees. HR team always do the needful as per request.

...es she should get some kind of hr management training to work in the company. she told it was kind of we are wasting our money by paying you the salary. so why did they hired me after 3 rounds of interview in the first place ? and she acted as if she is paying me from her own salary. i used to spent 10 hours in the office and even after that she was like ‘aap office m 10 ghnte baith kr chle jate ho’ if have completed the given tasks to kya kru office m baith k? bhhhenchod khraeed thodi na liya tune 25k m ki 24 ghnte vahin baithu would not advice any fresher to join this company iss office m aap aate to apni marzi se skte ho, jaa aap tab tk nhi skte jab tak ye apke gale ka patta na khol de

They can fire you any time without any prior notice, In morning you will get call from HR they will tell like Today is your last working day. They are not providing any notice period but when you will resign then notice period will be more than 2 month
