I didn't like anything here. Other than my colleagues.

...ets even if it is recession. They want the candidates who work for only 15000. In that salary they'll deduct money on the name of targets. They'll take the original education document for 1 year agreement purpose Id you want to resign due to health issues or family issues or emergency issues they'll not care about employees situation and financial situation. They'll hold up one month salary. The sales manager is such a worst manager She'll do anything that she wants but not everyone need..

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
