Here HR means nothing because many people joined here as a remote work with less package but after joined they have changed the policy and asked for relocation immediately. All projects duration is 2 months and after that again new project allocation fight interview.

As a diploma holder it is good to work with thought focus, good HR support, team leads are friendly. I really appreciate thought focus to get me in to work with them🙂.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They don't maintain salary standards If you have a offer they match it else your salary is way too less than your teammate with the same exp
