What I liked most about this company was salary benefits, hike every year plus bonus. Diwali gifts, n many other perks. Work life was also balanced no hectic schedule.

Dislikes

Career growth in terms of climbing to a next level was quite tough.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

1) The pay scale is comparatively low compared to other PBC 2) Promotions and hikes are not upto industry standard

The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.

...d is the growth. Your personal growth rate will get very low as time progresses. You will find yourself stuck in the same role, same salary, same work for eternity.
