.... People, Process, management every thing is good here. no work pressure at all. people can earn extra money above their salary through quarterly incentives. Managers are really supporting.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

1) The pay scale is comparatively low compared to other PBC 2) Promotions and hikes are not upto industry standard

The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.

...d is the growth. Your personal growth rate will get very low as time progresses. You will find yourself stuck in the same role, same salary, same work for eternity.
