...ocess by the various trainings provided by them. - Management is totally fine. - Pay will be sufficient for what work you are doing, nothing so fancy about it. - Career growth & hike is not in great pace you will have spend your time to get some hike & move to the next level in the hierarchy. - Overall as a fresher you can expect a good place to start your career and switch after sometime is recommended.

The best part of office was work culture being fresher i was new to varioua things but supportive staff helped me lot. Office timing were good ,compensatin was decent being paid for OT too. All women were provided with free drop service ensuring safety. Team parties.Training sessions on excel sheets, privilege etc were very useful. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. At times of del work pressure is very high, i had to work till 12 in night.

...has been through a lot of changes which makes employees wonder what is going on. Compensation is very bad, until you join with a good package do not expect money

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
