Likes

Medical facilities of company is good. Compensation is good with good overtime allowances.

Dislikes

There is lack of job security. The process in which I was working for ramped down in less than a years time and the company did not accommodated me in any other department. Work pressure is immense and the shift timing extends to 13-14 hours a day. Managers were not that supportive.

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company policies, benefits, culture, and most importantly work life balance. This is the best organization to work for in terms of freedom and job satisfaction. Everything which matters in a corporate life to stay happily is there except salary.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
