The company culture is warm and encouraging. Great work-life balance and encouragement to new ideas.

Dislikes

The only drawback is pay and benefits which are pretty low when compared to others in the industry and a one-way cab is provided.

...didn't tell that weather they r hiring for full-time or on a contractual role...once u placed in company the salary hike is very poor that too it's single digit lyk 4-6% on avg that too twice yearly...if at all u get hired on contract basis then it situation ll be very pathetic service conditions...

Teammates overall r lyk less cooperative, on training part it's been a very good experience for me...

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

1) The pay scale is comparatively low compared to other PBC 2) Promotions and hikes are not upto industry standard

Before leadership and management changed it was fantastic in all aspects.
