Good Work Culture, Best company policies that I seen have ever seen. Job security was good, Leave policy was best in the industry. You will get 39 Paid Leaves and 10 National Holidays.

Dislikes

...u don't get recognition to the work you have done, Someone else take the credit. And pay was tooooooooooooo low. No good hikes (even if you work hard- Legal Department). Pay will be Good In Technology Department.

Amazing work culture, job satisfaction is also great. best workplace for freshers because they provide a wonderful atmosphere to learn and grow

Salary and hikes could be improved, growth is also slow/stagnant

Work culture, environment, good manager who had been a great mentor, and a very supportive team . I like the leave policy, flexibility of work and cab facility.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto the mark owing to the inflation outside.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
