The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

Switch technology/career as feeling stagnant in current

Hi, I'm a software developer of 4 years experience in frontend development (React, javascript and typescript). I have worked in 2 companies so far and in both the companies I have worked in the same role. I don't have any interest in backend development works and so I don't want to become a full stack developer. I feel stagnant in my work and I feel I can be replaced anytime soon.
