Company culture is good but not good manager in Thomson Reuters they won't recognize really hard working people ..they will give good hike and promotion ..to those who are behind them everyday

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.
