...ll get less after joining. They want us to work 9 hours a day with low salary. Will give a brief about salary structure 1) we will be working as trainee first for 3-6 months 2) Salary shown in appointment letter is 7500 rs including ESI and PF 3) The management don't provide us the PF details and ESI details - because they don't create PF account for trainees ( will do only in future once we are permanent) 4) without a PF account, have no idea why they are cutting the PF. 5) When permanent the salary is only 13000 where we get 7899rs in hand, where 3000 is variable only achieving Target( in current scenerio which is not possible). 6) Whenever we need a leave we have to inform the management 1 week early. If we ask for a leave they will keep asking questions why we need leave? Why can't you take the leave on Monday or Saturday? Etc etc TOTALLY BAD PLACE TO WORK

Dislikes

Their only objective is to exploit your talents while paying you pittance. They keep heaping work on you. No proper training is provided. The work culture is terrible with unnecessary stress by way of micromanagement and makes you uncomfortable by not even allowing teammates to socialize.
