I have never been to any international places because of the trainings provided by company I am getting the knowledge about the international places . Thomascook being a brand company the services is amazing . The company is open to innovation and already adopt the latest technology. I luv to be the part of this company , I want to grow in same organization

...re is very high sometimes I need to do 10 hrs shift even though giving my 100% . Manager is very helpful but the salary is only 13k after extending the shift we don't get It .

They didn’t stop my salary .. supporting me with great medical insurance.. managers and colleagues are always in touch to seek whether m ok .. I think they are one the the excellent organisations.

...ts good company to work with.. only issue is with work process nothing is set... u ll get to learn work properly but the salary offered n increments are but on lower side

Company policies are good, salary is always on time. Org. Has stable brand value until its APAC counterpart is sold.

Operational practices of 2006 followed in 2020. Highly human dependent. Technology is extremely week. Management vision is not clear, the decisions taken are frequently evaluated and changed well before implementing them. Lack of vertical communication. Reluctant to face the grasssroot realities of business. Lower and mid level teams are always crushed between expectations and reality of business goals set by Management.
