The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am the part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. I am happy to be a part of a startup company where I learned new things by handling variant roles with high responsibilities. This opportunity gave me a big space t explore my skills and abilities.

Dislikes

Management is more liberal with employees as I felt it mislead-ed freshers not to get a seriousness about the job. During Initial days this over liberalization gave the company huge loss. I was disliked about this over freedom for the Team. Management was not much serious about the startup struggles and failed in following strategical plans. Now the management learned how to lead the company from failures and now the company is on track
