Management is more liberal with employees as I felt it mislead-ed freshers not to get a seriousness about the job. During Initial days this over liberalization gave the company huge loss. I was disliked about this over freedom for the Team. Management was not much serious about the startup struggles and failed in following strategical plans. Now the management learned how to lead the company from failures and now the company is on track
