...e company barely provide cars that too when you stay late after the office time. our transportation cost is not covered in salary. 3. There is no canteen, only mess food will be available. You have given no choice in food. Not even a biscuit or juice bottles. 4. Many elderly & to be retired persons are there, thus make inability to make new style of work and changes.

Hectic job environment. Here engineers and technicians have plenty of longer shifts which damages our work-life balance.Work pressure is high.
