...nies, but I never faced such politics in movement , appraisal and promotions. Their policy very worst and , they won't give any variable pay if u left the company even after completion of one year.

Dislikes

it will give worst experience in learning and growth. Company policy kills employee growth. Many of them working without appraisal and movement.. Both manager and HR are sameline. They treat employee like anything.

We will look forward and implement your ideas and that is what exactly I've experienced in my less then 1 years job tenure. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
