Lots of cheap politics is there, managers play with the future of senior resources, no value of experience and skills, only value for those who are the favorite of managers and lead despite not having any technical skills, if you are a lateral hire, just forget about the growth, keep working hard and your managers won’t let you climb the ladder, they are very much insecure of there subordinates, even management is not interested in listening your issues, they will always back their leads and managers. Few leads and managers are absolutely good for nothing.

1. Management 2. Notice period is of 3 month 3. Once the appraisal happens they will give you salary after 3 months 4. You will not be informed how much hike you have received 5. Toxic 6. They will give leaves but will not approve them 7. One girl raised harassment case internally and she provided the proof, but still that manager is working company did not took any action for him. They released that girl

The salary and other benefits are always on-time . Office atmosphere is good.

Dislikes

There is a very clear partiality being done by some Team leaders which is backed by the QA Head Mr Rajnikanth Jha , but no-one dares to stand against him , because of consequences related. Very strong office politics.

There is nothing you can like about this organisation as such. lot of politics happens inside this organisation . so think 100 times before joining an organisation kike thinksys .

Dislikes

Everythin work life balanace is zero politics is at the top you are not considered an employee you are a puppet to a person to whom you report and in case you dont follow him you are out. Job security is in negative .

Thinksys celebrate every festival and personal events with team and send gifts.

Dislikes

Work load always be high than the bandwidth and due to this work life balance can't be matched and also for outside projects they don't provide that much salary and hikes to the employees.
