Lots of cheap politics is there, managers play with the future of senior resources, no value of experience and skills, only value for those who are the favorite of managers and lead despite not having any technical skills, if you are a lateral hire, just forget about the growth, keep working hard and your managers won’t let you climb the ladder, they are very much insecure of there subordinates, even management is not interested in listening your issues, they will always back their leads and managers.
