Another Team Lead interfere is always, he think he is king all tech employee are his "Gulam". What you do, where you go, why u talk with another teach team member, all make report and mail to that team lead.If you want to take a cup of coffie then also you take permission of this team lead. In short You are Gulam of that team lead and management know about this, but no action take .

Hire & Fire policy, No Job security, No recognition and appraisal, Company is 9 years old but still working as a startup company with no HR and only 40 employees & interns, Lot of politics, CEO and MD are not at all concerned about their employees, only trying out to make money with flop business plans, People join here as they are family member or in reference.... Not a good place to work for long term
