Everything.except they are providing Wfh.lots of pressure if you can handle a pressure you can ho ahead otherwise drop a plan to join will spoil your career.

There is a lot of biasness/ partiality in think people. Hard work is not appreciated. Asking for extra sitting hours. They want a superhero who will get 5 selects a month by hook or cook - whether they have open positions or not you need to get selects anyhow. Team Leaders are not supportive.

Dislikes

Director her self she is very partial and she don't know how to talk with employees. Those who are her favorite - they get all relaxation. They ask employee to get 4 selects in a week anyhow and if you don't get 4 selects then they force you to resign from think people. In case you don't resign then they will torture you - will shout and say all bad things to you in high volume every day in front of all colleagues. There is NO JOB SECURITY. There is a lot of BAD INTERNAL POLITICS. Work environment is toxic. There is no work - life balance, even on weekends you need to work. If you don't work on off day or extra time then you will get taunts every other day on the same.Team Leaders are supportive.

Most of the Clients are from MNCs, but only 3-4 recruiters gives good business from MNCs others just waste the time doing drive and interviews.
