People are very keen to execute design methodology and exploration, very good environment to learn and grow. they'll always support you and do lot of discussion for any constraints and try to solve, supportive in all manner and also company always focus to adopt latest trend for design and development itself and they regularly organize tech talk & KTs for for awareness. I really enjoyed over there all 3 years.

Dislikes

Nothing as I can point out but the tech stuffs should be more expand in the company so people are only focusing on design design and design. Company is not working on core development of products they only deliver frontend / UI solutions and as per my understanding Technology enhancement must be here because company is doing great work in Design portfolio & consuming top clients and also have large amount of dedicated guy who can do anything in design.
