Thinclesoft technologies is a quickly growing company.I love the collaborative work environment with approachable coworkers.The company does a very good job of hiring the type of person you want to work with,learn from ,and grow along side.Working on many projects for big companies ,gets you valuable experience in a short time.Each projects become a learning one for the next projects and flexible working hour makes you to come office regularly.

Longer hours(though you are not forced to spend longer hours),and lower pay compared to large ,established companies

i like my job because my teammates are behave friendly at working time.so we are solve problems very easily as a same time career growth is well in our company.lot of learning opportunity in here.

They are gave a training properly in here and appraisal also not give proper or correct time.

The Company has help to motivate and improve our learning skills.The work of nature is very kindly and get the time to finish our work from that projects and the same time employees are 100% worked with their team.
