There is not much to like for someone who just likes to do their work. But the fixed salary is good, too bad there is no bonus or usable stock-value. The company spends a lot more than, it should be able to afford, on its outings.

Dislikes

...'s own insecurities about holding onto its talent (if you could call it that). Salary/appraisal depend purely on your equation with your manager, your skip-level manager, and the VP involved. There is little chance for learning anything other than politics, back-stabbing, lying.
