Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Not even a single thing i like about theta not only me my colleagues/interns who were with me will also give you the same answer.I can give negative reviews too if option is available not only me every intern who joined with me has same opinion

Dislikes

At the time of joining they will tell you that you will be great fit,our seniors are so supportive which is the biggest lie only 1 or 2 senior are good apart from that not at all.Its worst experience of my life that I choose theta to start my career.
