The company is the time pass for employees whose managers are worthless and few are useless. Many managers sit in CA office and think that they know everything about employees working in other regions and behave however their ego take. some are paid less and some are exceptionally well reason being both manager and employee are from the same state, Language etc..story of many companies

*Work culture and supportive management. *Open door policy and empathatic management who supports you beyond work during the time of crisis or mishaps. *Leave policy is good. PPD provides good number of leaves. *Flexibility in work and login timings, provided you prove your worth and be trustworthy in terms of assigned work. *Work from home requests are considered for personal reasons, however transitioning to complete WFH model is a challenge if you have joined as a Office based employee. *Bonus is not performance linked, hence you'd get complete bonus at the end of defined cycle. *PPD emphasizes on knowledge and training in various processes of your domain. However, transitioning to another domain is a bit of a challenge.
