Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.

...hs but they extended the internship for one year without any raise in stipend. Don't treat freshers well at all in terms of pay.
