Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

TF should bit more focus to be like Enterprise, should make the perks and benefits for the employee, appraisal should be more transparent, work life balance should be there for the employees
