...ow else hard working,experience and knowledge will not take you anywhere in TFS. If you are on lower level you will be there for many years with same salary and designation. HR has policies that are not employee friendly at all but subject to change as per manager.

I’m quite surprise this company doesn’t allow you to work long run there is no job security. Nothing you will learn or progress your experience. No increment at all . If your joining this company for short term it’s fine . Don’t marry committed family guys pls do opt this offer n loose your existing job . Pls

...old mentality people spl top management those who work like goat straight line . Cost cutting in India Thermo I’m sure . It’s my earnest review.

Not really anything to tell except learning and development drive to some extent.

They have to improve upon many areas inclusive of office infrastructure, work life balance, sustainable systems implementation, compensation, lean manufacturing and many others.

People and culture are good, Company's goal in general is unique. Good learning for employees depending on the division you are in. Good job security.

Dislikes

Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.
