Company gives salary always on time.

The environment of theobroma is toxic. Shift our is too long. And funny thing is that chef don't want to do any impovment. They like people who do Oiling to Plant head. I will not recommend this company to any one
This review is regarding the contact center of Theobroma located in Deonar. What I liked about this job was that the work is very simple; you just need to attend inbound calls, which is typical for a call center job. However, there are many aspects that I disliked.
There are lots of office politics, no growth opportunities, and the salary is also very average. There are no leave benefits; we have to beg for a day off, even for emergency leave, and provide all documents, even in cases of family deaths, where there's no humanity shown. Moreover, the worst person there is Pooja Yadav, who is a team leader and runs all the office politics, manipulating people without maintaining professionalism. They try to bring you down if they feel you will be promoted. Additionally, there are allegations of illegal substance use during shifts, with Pooja Yadav's support. It has been highlighted to management multiple times, but no actions have been taken. Furthermore, there are instances of racist behavior based on religious beliefs.
HR & MANAGEMENT.
little to no increment , no overtime pay , rarely promotion for existing employees. always promote hiring to new people for management or exe position.
forces work in short staff. after covid the company has expanded double of what is was in 2019 but they are still working with same or less num of staff.
If you start as a third party in this company you will stay as third party for the rest of your life.
I don't remember anyone being moved to company employment as third party.
The pay is always late and they let me go due to not having enough customers but then they hired somebody new never talked to me and I was always discriminated against I have never worked for a worst place I do not recommend working here they weren't even going to be paying me the proper wage and the boss is super rude
Very less salary to the associates plz increases the minimum salary, u people are just paying 11000 how we can arrange that money entire the month, please look on that..
