Nothing one of the worst company that I have worked at.

Management, they actually don't know what development ishow much time it takes. The only thing these guys know is to promise client they will get them the moon but can never deliver it. Their approach is add more developers for 1 or 2 months to get the job done, it's like expecting 9 different ladies to give birth to a child.

Inconsiderate management and rude HR. Faced a lot of trouble just because I rejected their full time offer after interning. Management was inconsiderate and created a lot of troubles. Internship was poorly planned.

By the kind of targets and expectations the company has set, this company should have been a 100 cr company by now. Toxic work culture, not so helpful colleagues and no proper management. They say its hybrid but ask you to come to office everyday. No actions taken for the complaints raised.
