This is my very bad experience in this company I am almost done for this company no any future here.

Here management system is very bad salary is hold in one month no carrer growth no any increment system here.

They do not pay timely and my remuneration for September 2017 has not been paid till now while I have worked for full month rather up to Oct'4 2017.Even they don't give any guidance and TL has to take all decision at his own level.

In this company, head office always stands with you in any situation. They don't take side of contractor. If you are on the right way, no keypersons can stop you for maintain quality of work

Dislikes

They cut 5 % salary as a security deposit. But you can't get it back. They can discontinued your service at any time. If Govt. not passes their bill, they hold your salary.

Theme engineering working life style ok but salary is very low compared to other companies sub professional staffs are not appraisal and not hike salary but key professional staffs are got benifits like salary hikes very well

Healthy and family atmosphere between the Head office and site offices maintaining and long stand key professionals are remain in the organization. Management have always thinks and instructing the their staff to maintain the best quality and hard work and honest in their working areas and adopting the new technology.

...am strength maintaining some sites. I got appraisals from many our senior staff. Releasing salaries up to 3 months with out receipt of invoices from client, in case salary not releasing until received from client.
