I am working closely with client and top management of the organizational. I have to looking after the drawings ,design and construction supervision of the assigned highway projects in all respects and providing contractual support to senior staff.

In this company, head office always stands with you in any situation. They don't take side of contractor. If you are on the right way, no keypersons can stop you for maintain quality of work

They cut 5 % salary as a security deposit. But you can't get it back. They can discontinued your service at any time. If Govt. not passes their bill, they hold your salary.
