No matter how u work and contribute. Everyone will have same salary. Roles like Lead ,associate is for name sake. Don't be amused if your lead you might be rating for someone who has more salary than you. Leads /manager they just talk wonderfully. But they don't care for your worklife balance. Don't be amused your manager might call you at 11 or 12 in night for help ,and sometimes they also make you to call to your peers (since they want to get safe and play safe). True colours come out once you put down your papers. They torture you like anything. Mathco as a company is good if you want to learn.

1. Salary on time 2. Good learning exposer 3. Lot of company branded goodies you'll get 4. Completely WFH 5. Salary hike also good(~30%)

Dislikes

1. Higher management/leadership is completely toxic, specially at Principal, Asso Principal level 2. They don't care about your life, If the client is paying well then they will treat you like a donkey 3. Job security is not there 4. Somecases, they will onbroard a completely fresher analyst to a complex project and make his life hell. They will expect you to work like a associate from the week 2. Work pressure is too high. 5. No work life balance

I have been working in Mathco for over a year now, it's an amazing place to work. Management is very helpful; they motivate us to grow and learn.

Salary is not the best, but you will get to learn a lot.

No pros. Really bad experience working here

Dislikes

All the leaders are vultures here and there is no room for growth and opinions. Salary is way too less for the amount of work loaded on the employees. All seniors are judgemental and lot of internal politics. Some teams have the worst work life balance. Would definitely not recommend working here

...ompany has taken up more than it can chew which leads to overwork and burnout - No comp off or pay for overtime. Overtime happens almost everyday especially if it’s a new/pilot projects
