My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Low pay scale. Actually most of this who blames about pay scale actually don't even deserve their current pay scale :P but there are deserving candidates too.

Teammates are very supportive, no politics within teammate, salary provided intime, bonus as per government policy, bonus and appraisal every year intime, higher management is good,

Dislikes

Just a survival option, work and life balance very poor, no entertainment in life , {personal life becomes hell ( depends on the location) }, partiality in the time of appraisal, poor career growth, bad working environment

Thejo are the leaders of the conveyors belt splicing services in the operation and maintenance of conveyors belt ,thejo is operation and maintenance based compny ,which have the site on different plants that including clients specially in steel plant like Vizag steel,godavari steel,GMR ,etc,it work has to overall maintainace of electrical acitivites of preventive maintenance ,breakdown maintenance,gives best result to the client,on very less time ,for that production is going to be hike,.different sites of steel plant wherevee conveyor belt used thejo will be there for proper operation,sites like(RMHS,CHP,Blast furnace etc,overall maintenance for proper smooth operation of plant.

Dislikes

Growth is too slow it is taking 2 to 3 year for increment of salary structure,salary is too less as compared to marked which required for a exoerienced people,there is no extra knowledge which can gain here or improve our skill, for that i need to changed that company.

Company is very good I enjoy working here I am working here for the last 6years supervisor of the conveyor maintenance job and salary every month

Mangement is very good but trust only Kerala employees and other states employee's not trust management

The company is strongly biased towards Malayalees people. U will not see a single manager who is none Malayalee. Working hour is unlimited with No overtime pay except Labours. No training Work-life balance is terrible
