Experience doesn't matter here. Only flunkeyism required for self growth. Everyday rules changed by management. Government approved some amount for workmen's fitness and started Gymnasium, but maximum components shifted to manager's home. Management do anything to fulfill 1 or 2 person's ego.

Nothing is good about this company.

Dislikes

There were too many issues. There was no value of employ. Any time they kicked out. And management operated by Non educated people. Nobody takes long term decision. Only doing Yes Yes infront of CEO and playing dirty politics to stay safe

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Germany and other countries. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
