this company is employer friendly and has very good ethics. the company is to open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, i love the fact that i am a part of a team amarkets reliable, high quality products and has global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re hire policy.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14 - 18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

Good company where you can enhance your skills and will help you to grow professionally. Seniors and colleagues are very supportive.

At some site salary is not regular, even some site dont provide good accommodation to entry level employees.

...oined the organization I am totally got the excellent store operation knowledge. Salary also found good. My team members comes from different states are very co-operative. Main thing the ERP SAP System is very innovative to me to growth. After all very honestly handled all the works and give work satisfactory to the departments. Thanks.

The main dislike things to me is monthly salary. My 3 months salary is still dues. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to worked 14 to 15 hours. No compromise in work. Thanks.

Salary Not on time, Personal department manager is non technical at there work leads to poor management, 8.0 am to 9.0 pm 13 hrs working leads to non productive working, Some manager takes high salary with non productive working leads to create pressure on juniors, Some higher authority staff are non technical with poor knowledge, asking about leave to personal department manager is headache, Charges for canteen facilities are high.
