Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...ice. Better Appraisal compared to other startups if your salary package is less. On-time salary process Recognition is always there for good work but it is difficult to meet CEO's expectations.

Dislikes

No Hirearchy No Processes or Policies. Sometimes it might feel good but this advantage always goes in favor of management as they can do whatever they wish to do. Recent layoffs There is no growth due to very few projects. Some of the team members have been outsourced even the main lead. It's a tough time now for them financially. The office is located on the outer but is a small and compact one. No EPF, Health Insurance, or any other benefits.

We will learn lot of thinks in development , business requirements and client handling.

Dislikes

We doesn't have any proper PF account and other deduction. There is no health benefits. They don't recognize the employee for the best effort.

Nice place to work, the culture here is excellent I have came across many organizations but working and speaking with CEO /CTO will be at least a minute but here they share their knowledge with us impersonally A good work life balance and management take cares the employees very well
